Our name is inspired from the Greek mythology. One of the five daughters of Asclepius, god of medicine, Hygeia is the personification of Health, Cleanliness, and Sanitation.
We are Hygeia Pharmaceuticals Mfg. Pvt. Ltd. Our journey started in 1990, with a commitment to creating a better quality of health for all by being at the forefront of research, manufacturing and marketing of high quality products. Our reach all over the Eastern Zone of India, faster acceptance among the medical fraternity and our path breaking efforts proudly positioned us as one of the Zone’s leading and most trust- worthy companies.
This prodigious success is a result of our continuous commitment to innovative product development and manufacturing capabilities at a state of the art GMP certified capability that adhere to global quality standards.
We are among the leaders in Child Healthcare, and have a strong presence in various therapies such as Gastroenterology, Diabetes, Respiratory, Women Healthcare, Surgery, Dermatology, Anti-ulcerant & Nutraceuticals.
History
Established in 1990 with a mere 6000 sq ft manufacturing facility with only a handful of products, we have since then emerged as one of the largest Manufacturing facilities in the Eastern Zone with over 50 brands and a huge production capacity covering multiple dosage forms covering over 300 DCGI Approved formulations. We have further diversified into various categories from Modern medicine to Ayurvedic medicine and Nutraceuticals.
