Sucralfate Suspension

 

Each 5ml of Susp. contains: Sucralfate IP 1 gm

 

In the management of

  1. Peptic & Duodenal Ulcer
  2. Erosive Gastritis
  3. Ulceretive Colitis & Proctitis
  4. GERD

 

Sucralfate

  • Non systemic antacid. Therefore no GI absorption
  • Can be dispensed through Ryle’s Tube

 

Dosage :

  1. Ulcer healing and Gastritis 2 tsf BID in empty stomach, 1 hour before meal for 4-8 weeks
  2. GERD :  1 tsf BID in empty stomach for 4-8 weeks
